Installation¶
Hint - no Internet access
If the server on which you want to install SEAL Operator does not have Internet access, use another server with Internet access for logging on to the SEAL Systems delivery platform and downloading the folder. Then, copy the downloaded zip file to the server on which you want to install SEAL Operator.
Install SEAL Operator¶

Check if all Requirements are fulfilled.

In a browser, log on to the SEAL Systems delivery platform with your logon data:

Hint - logon data
You receive the logon data from your Technical Project Manager at SEAL Systems.

Download the Operator - 1.5.0.633 - msi folder. It is saved as
Operator - 1.5.0.633 - msi.zip. -
Extract
Operator - 1.5.0.633 - msi.zip. -
Open a PowerShell (Administrator), change to the
Operator - 1.5.0.633 - msidirectory and start the installation of the packages:cd "Operator - 1.5.0.633 - msi"Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force; .\install.ps1 -
Close the PowerShell and start a new one for the further configuration. Otherwise, the paths are not set correctly.

Start the following service:
operator service start seal-consul-agent -
Import the SEAL Operator configuration:
operator config update "$env:ProgramData\SEAL Systems\config\operator.yml" --token INSECURE_ACL_MASTER_TOKEN --insecure -
Open a new PowerShell and start SEAL Operator:
operator service start
Hint - no automatic start
After an installation or update, you need to start the operator service yourself. It won't start automatically.
